1. What is the filter’s inner layer of fabric made of?
The inner layers are 100% Polyester fabric.

2. Are the layers in the middle polypropylene or non-woven?
The middle layer is non-woven while the other 4 layers are woven. All are made of 100% polyester.

3. Is it machine-washable or just hand-washed?
The filters are hand wash only.

4. What is the material used to stick the filter to the cloth?
The filter attaches the mask by double-sided velcro.

5. Since the filter is for adults only, what would be our recommended age to use the filter?
Same as Max7 as we did not promote the filter for kids size masks as it is too big. But in case customers would like to use it for their kids, the material will be the same as Max7 kids and it is safe for them too.

6. It says on the website "Easy to use with adhesive tape", is the adhesive tape attached to the filter to stick the velcro tape? Will it re-stick after it’s removed and washed?
Yes, it will re-stick after it’s washed, but we need to ensure that the customers will only hand wash it.

7. Is this suitable for running/sports activities?
The filter is not intended for running/sports activities.

8. Is there any treatment applied to the layers?
There is no treatment applied to the layers.

9. Is there any documentation for the consumer to view regarding the testing by the Bureau of Veritas lab?
Yes, we have a certificate. The mask filters small particles (0.1 micron) including bacteria, cigarette smoke, smog and dust while maintaining breathability and comfort. The mask has been certified by Bureau Veritas.

10. How do I attach it?
- Peel the clear plastic off of the filter
- Place the filter on the inside of the mask
- Unfold the filter and press it on the mask firmly
- Before washing, remove the Velcro tape from the filter and keep it in the filter sleeve
- Peel the clear plastic off of the filter
